Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To help us provide timely care for all of our patients, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments 

• We require a minimum of 24 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to the exam fee.

Procedures & Surgeries 

• Procedures and surgeries require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice (2 business days) for cancellation or rescheduling. 

• Specialist appointments and procedures require a mimimum of 7 business days notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid or 50% of the estimated procedure fee.
